Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different model, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items; for pillows, we recommend using the original box or a vacuum seal bag to reduce size.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once scanned, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
