How do I adjust my pillow to the right loft?
Every Coop pillow comes with a zippered inner case and extra fill. Simply unzip the cover and add or remove our proprietary blend of memory foam and microfiber until you find your perfect alignment.
What is your 100-night sleep trial?
We want you to love your sleep. You can test our products for up to 100 nights. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return them for a full refund, and we will even provide the return shipping label.
Are Coop Sleep Goods products machine washable?
Yes, most of our pillows and protectors are designed for easy care. The outer covers are machine washable, and most of our pillow inserts can be laundered on a gentle cycle and tumbled dry.
Are your materials safe and non-toxic?
Absolutely. Our foam is CertiPUR-US® certified and our fabrics are GREENGUARD Gold certified, ensuring they meet strict standards for low chemical emissions and are free of ozone depleters.
How long does shipping take?
